3. Product Details

Each Momin product is crafted with care. Slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur due to handmade finishing or lighting differences in photography.
We continuously strive to improve quality, but availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
Limited-edition or seasonal designs may sell out quickly.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Momin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways for your safety.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan within 3–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times may vary depending on the city, weather, or courier operations.
Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order. Momin will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Perfumes, hygiene-related items, or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
In case of a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos.
Refunds (if approved) are issued only after product inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including the Momin logo, name, designs, images, text, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Momin.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
