Refund policy

Exchange window: 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Perfumes and attars can be exchanged only if the seal is unopened, or if the item is defective.

Cash refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order and the item qualifies, we refund the amount to the bank account or mobile wallet you provide. After 7 days, we offer exchange or store credit only.

Defective or wrong item: We exchange it free of charge, including delivery. You may also refuse the parcel at the door if it is damaged or not what you ordered.

Size or change-of-mind exchanges: Delivery charges for the exchange are paid by the customer.
